and read for performing work as follows:
The proposed work includes removal of sidewalk, curb ramps, asphalt pavement, and signal poles to construct modified
curb ramps, concrete pavement. signing, striping, and installation of signal poles. All proiect work and incidental items to
complete the project shall be performed in accordance with the plans, specs rcatluns, and other provisions ofthe contract.
All the above improvements are to be constructed in a workmanlike manner, leaving the entire project' in a neat arid pre-
sentable condition. Refer to Sections 3000 and 4000 for more information.
This project shall be completed within 9. working days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed and work must be
completed between December 19 through December 30, 2022. After "Notice of Award" the Successful Bidder shall submit
and commit to a schedule that shows work complete by December 30, 2022; if the Successful Bidder fails to commit to that
schedule or if the Contractor begins and falls to complete the work by December 30, 2022 the Successful Bidder shall for-
feit the Construction Contract and pay to the City liquidated damages the amount of the Bid Bond.. Time -for the cam-
