Unique Qualities (Intangibles):
Team feels genuinely upbeat and works well together based on candor.

Automation is something they emphasized
Understand the emphasis is on Tyler's EnerGov
Wants to do Hardware AND Software ESRI installations, interesting
approach. Security is well thought out regarding how staff would utilize
system without causing issues to "core data", but having freedom to be
creative and use it. Scheduling is clear, Q2 would be Launch of internal
Knowledge Bank and Staff Training. Story maps/storyboarding is incredibly
useful. Nailed it overall, feels like a great fit.
