RE: Upcoming Construction and Renovations
Dear Resident:
This letter is to inform you that the City of La Quinta ("City") will be commencing renovations
at Dune Palms Mobile Home Park ("Park"). The renovations are important upgrades to the
Park and will begin this summer. The construction of the Dune Palms Bridge and Road
Widening projects will also begin in the next few months with information to be provided by
the Construction Manager.
Renovations may include:
1. Electrical upgrades
2. Swimming pool renovations
3. Upgrade/ relocate mailboxes to one designated area due to continued vandalism
4. Relocate waste and recycling bins due to illegal dumping
5. Installing security cameras to monitor trash and mailboxes
6. Recreation Room renovations to create a meeting/learning space
7. Remove unused water tank from utility easement, behind space #77
This letter is for informational purposes only and does not affect your tenancy or require
any action on your part. Please continue following all the terms of your rental agreement.
The City, J&H Property Management, and their vendors will make the best effort to minimize
any disruption to you and other Park residents during these renovations.

RE: Proximas Construcciones y Renovaciones
Queridos Residentes:
Esta carta es para informarle que la Ciudad de La Quinta comenzara las renovaciones en
Dune Palms Mobile Home Park. Las renovaciones son mejoras importantes al parque y
comenzaran este verano. La construccion de los proyectos Dune Palms Bridge y Road
Widening tambien comenzaran en los proximos meses con informacion proporcionada por
el Gerente de Construccion.
Renovaciones pueden incluir:
1. Actualizaciones electricas
2. Renovaciones de piscinas
3. Actualizar/reubicar buzones a un area designada debido al continuado vandalismo
4. Reubicar contenedores de basura y reciclaje por vertidos de basura ilegales
5. Instalacion de camaras de seguridad para monitorear basura y buzones
6. Renovaciones de la sala de recreacion para tener un espacio de reunion/aprendizaje
7. Retire el tanque de agua sin usar de la servidumbre de servicios publicos, detras del
espacio #77.
