Pulverize 10-inch Street Section: The second stage is to then to pulverize the road section a second time. The pulverized material from the first stage shall then be blended with the underlying aggregate base and native soils (where present) to a pulverized depth of 10 inches. The maximum size requirement of the pulverized material shall be 314" in any direction. Is Amended to Read: 2. Pulverize 10-inch Street Section: The second stage is to then to pulverize the road section a second time. You may substitute RAP for part of the virgin aggregate in a quantity up to 20 percent of the aggregate blend.
