Due to the neighbor complaining that the block wall for permit BWFE2022-0305 is encroaching on her property, the City
of La Quinta is requiring a 100' tape to be on site for the footing inspection to proceed. Measurements will be taken
from the curb according to the grading plans on file with the City to see where the property line falls.
