Good Afternoon Nicole,
Please help me in understanding whether a CEQA requirement has been met with
reference to the DEIR; specifically if the 'lead agency' (City of LQ) has submitted a
written response on any significant environmental issues raised from the DEIR
public responses during the comment period or whether it's still in process?
If written, is it available for public viewing and, where can I find it?
