Thanks for this. It answers a number of my water ques4ons. I also have lots of others but will

limit to these for now.
1) is there anyway to physically do a ligh4ng demonstra4on? The light sca]er and glare drawings
are helpful but they lead one to believe that there will be no spillover. I find that hard to believe.
I would expect that it can be done, at least with some number of portable ligh4ng fixtures. I
doubt that they could do the equivalent of the 17 fixtures they are proposing. I would
recommend that you ask the applicant tomorrow if they would be able to set up such a
demonstra4on.
2) in the traffic study, I no4ced that there was no men4on of possible stop signs or lights on
Madison at the 2 PGAW entrances/exits on Madison between 54th and 58th (also known as the
Laurels Gate to the north and the Legends/Weiskopf gate to the south). It has been proposed at
various 4mes that one or both of these intersec4ons get a light if development to the south
begins anew. While there isn’t a lot of traffic now, the speeds are pre]y dangerous when turning
lef out of these entrances. It will only be compounded should the Wave park be developed. The
traffic study does not include these two driveways, as the traffic from PGA West will not change,
and the calcula4ons did not show an increase at these “intersec4ons”. I will discuss with Bryan
and be back to you.
3) Does IID need to update its ‘will serve’ le]er as one of the residents pointed out that it had
expired? If so, is that a big issue? Will serve le]ers are not part of the CEQA process. In this case,
the applicant reviewed the power needs of the project with IID so that they could be correctly
analyzed in the EIR, and IID indicated that they had supply, with improvements to the
substa4on. We have also go]en comments from IID when we circulated the plans, and will
con4nue to coordinate with them.
I also no4ced in the morning paper that John Gamlin will be the project head? Is that correct?
That is correct.
Thanks for your 4me. Will see you tomorrow. I will be on Zoom as I previously no4fied Monika.
