Please use proper judgement and cau;on when opening a=achments, clicking links or responding to requests for informa;on. ** Good morning Nicole. I am following up on our email correspondence regarding the new technology in materials that you relied upon to opine to the city council members that the proposed lighting will not be visible from the street. I can not tell from your email if you were unable to locate your bookmark of the source documents in order to provide them to me, or if you simply need more time. This is an important issue to me and to many of the residents in the community. If you are unable to locate your source reference documents, please let me know and provide me with the contact information of the developer or wherever may have provided that information to you to begin with. If, on the other hand, you simply need more time to locate the information I am requesting, I would appreciate your letting me know that as well. Thank you in advance. However, last night was a Study Session, not a hearing. Study Sessions are not no;ced. You have not received any no;ces because there have yet to be hearings on the project, nor are any scheduled at this ;me. The technology I was referring to is with the light fixtures. It is in materials I have researched and read. I will look to see if I have bookmarked the informa;on, and will send the link if I do. I thought when you signed me up for notice of meetings pertaining to the proposed Coral Mountain wave project that I would be receiving notice of public hearings. I am writing to let you know that while I did receive the draft report, I have yet to receive any notices of public hearings as a result of being placed on the list. I did however receive notice through a third party of last night's meeting and I was able to attend. FYI, either I misunderstood what to expect by asking to add my email address to your notification mailing list, or there was some failure within the system, as I received no notification. I am also wondering if there is any information that you can provide me with regarding the "new technology" that you referred to last night regarding the light towers within the proposed project? I am interested in learning how the wave pool lighting can be accomplished via 80 foot towers without the light being highly visible outside of the project. Thank you in advance for your review and reply. Kind regards, Brian Levy Trilogy Resident Firefox https://outlook.office.com/mail/AAMkAGJiMWY1OTY1LTBhY2EtN... 4 of 4 4/2/22, 11:21 AM
