This light demo will be a small fraction of the actual amount of light emitted. I propose a noise
demonstration at the top decibel level of any possible noise emitting from the proposed project.
There needs to be an opportunity for all surrounding communities to hear the noise level, not
only of the wave machine, but total inclusion of all additional sounds.
These include crowd noises of 1000 people, surf music played to hear over the sound of the
crowd and wave machines, vehicles coming and going, jet skis riding along with the surfers and
announcers with speakers directing the crowd and surfers.
This noise level should be played reflecting and bouncing off the mountains for a period of one
hour in the evening between 7 pm and 8 pm, just like the light demonstration.
The only difference between the light and noise demonstration should be that the total amount
of noise must be played.
I understand the light demo will only utilize two lights out of several.
The noise demonstration needs to be at the top decibel level that the area will ever emit.
Thank you for the essential addition an all encompassing noise demonstration.
Sincerely,
Carol Jensen
