We moved here 20 years ago because of the beauty and serenity of south La Quinta. Now you
want to turn it into a pseudo Disneyland, using up our precious resources and creating noise and
traffic for the residents to contend with. Shame on you for even entertaining the idea! That resort
will no doubt lower property values. Have you considered the repercussions of that?
