The developer touts "open dialogue" with neighbors and community stakeholders. I call into
question the "openness" of their attempt to deceive the community with a lighting
demonstration carefully construed to present an unrealistically minimized scenario. That
shenanigan, along with the flawed EIP, amounts to the developer's attempt to bolster the
public's perception, not to provide objective information. Touché!
