Gentlemen,
I have reviewed the status of your deposit account. As of December 31, $8,226.54 remains in the account. As
you are aware, the review of the response to comments has required much more ;me than an;cipated. Our
billings for October, November and December total $12,005.40. I further an;cipate that the comple;on of the
response to comments and the prepara;on of staff reports will require an addi;onal 65-80± hours. Therefore,
please provide a check for $20,000, which will be applied to the deposit account, at your earliest convenience.
I have copied Armando Magallon on this email. As he has in the past, he can assist in the processing of the
payment.
