Hi Juan,
The Coral Mountain Resort project is currently being reviewed by staff. There are
several applications that are being processed including a General Plan
Amendment, Zone Change, Specific Plan, Site Development Permit, Development
Agreement and EIR. The Draft EIR was circulated last summer and we have been
working with the applicant on putting together the Final EIR with responses to all
the comments. We are nearing completion of that and are hoping to go to
hearings this spring. The EIR and technical studies are on our website at the
following web address: Coral Mountain Resort | La Quinta, CA (laquintaca.gov)

Hi Bryan,
Hope you are doing well. Would you be able to provide me information regarding the proposed Wave
project in La Quinta? We received inquiries from Indio residents as to what the impacts of this project
might be to the City of Indio. I would appreciate any information regarding entitlements status, EIR,
project studies (traffic, noise, etc.), public review, etc.
Let me know if there is someone else that I should be reaching out to for this information.
