Dear Ms. Criste:
I am contempla;ng purchasing a home at the Stone Creek Ranch development in La Quinta.
Since I do not want to live anywhere near a theme park with traffic, transients and light/noise pollu;on – like
that in Anaheim and Orlando – I would like to know the status of this project. I understand there will be 80-
foot tall light towers around the wave pool in an area of, predominantly, single story homes. If this project has
been approved, I will alter my plans and purchase somewhere else.
