Please use proper judgement and cauUon when opening aaachments, clicking links or responding to requests for informaUon. ** I believe you touched on everything. FYI – the Pavillon Palms on the n/w corner of Jefferson and 50 will be widening the WB 50 lanes w/o Jefferson and will need to re-stripe the WB lanes e/o Jefferson to line up and that will provide 2 WB thru lanes …..so it may not be needed to condiUon The Wave also for this minor restriping? The road appears to be widened on the indio side near the intersecUon of Jefferson already – so it’s just restriping Bryan – what about fiber interconnect associated with the signals they build – say along Jefferson to 54, 54 to Madison, and Madison to 58? Can that be installed now with the WAVE and relieve them of a few of their 4% type contribuUons that will not be done for many years and require us to just spend Ume tracking that forever? If we can trade some for this now – it would clean up the condiUons and also get them off the hook for some future bonding for improvements or cash deposits, and help us in the long un more. I highlighted the traffic signal condiUons under the STREET AND TRAFFIC IMPROVEMENTS secUon. We can discuss them tomorrow. The TIA says the following for the traffic signal at Madison St and Ave 58. The TIA shows their fair share is 23% and I rounded to 25%. FYI, there’s a developer deposit of $107,500 for this TS. The other 7 TS the TIA listed shows fair share percentages between 4% to 11%. I don’t know if we can sUll use the $430,000 DIF esUmate for a traffic signal. Let me know if you want this as a condiUon. Also, the TIA talks about needing a second WB thru lane at Jefferson and Ave 50 which is in Indio. Is this in the CIP? The TIA says that the roundabout at Jefferson and Ave 52 needs to be reconstructed to accommodate an addiUonal thru lane in the NB and SB direcUon with or without this Project. The TIA shows a 2% fair share. Let me know if you want me to add this condiUon. Steve, please let me know if there’s anything I missed in the TIA for this project that I should put as a condiUon.
