Nicole,
thank you for your continued outstanding work on this project.
I have comments and concerns and would like to present these at the meeting.
My concerns address the failure of the EIR to quantify the risks and consequent costs to the
City of La Quinta associated with the proposed project and comparative risks with the
previously approved alternative, a golf country club. I can’t see how the citizens of LQ can
proceed without such a reasonable analysis.
