Good Afternoon Ms. Callimanis,
Please see my responses to your questions below in blue.
Also please note that we may have an absence on the Commission on the 12th, so the hearing
may be continued. We should know next week, and can let you know.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any other questions.

Thanks for your response. Here are my questions.
1) Regarding Chairman Nieto, one of the things he could say is that he will not allow anyone to go over
three minutes, no matter what, correct? So no "giving up" three minutes. But he cannot stop people
from speaking at all, except by the rules below. This will be at the Chair's discretion. Yes, he could
prohibit non -speaking parties from giving up their time. We are recommending the procedures below. If
the Chair or the Commission wish to proceed in another manner, they have discretion to do so, but we
do not expect that at this time.
2) Someone who has not spoken before or has not provided previously written comments, can speak on
any topic related to Coral Mountain, correct? That is correct.
3) People who have spoken or provided written comment before can only comment on the following
supplemental questions:
a) Further information on the development schedule in the developers agreement with more certainty
of dates
b) Discussion on the light poles and visual light simulations
c) Consideration of the reduction of STVRs
d) What are the revenue implications if number of STVRs is reduced.
Please let me know if I understand this correctly and have the supplemental items correct. You are
correct.
Thank you very much.
Sincerely,
Alena Callimanis

Thank you both for all your help! I hope the City gave you some time
off! Anyway, we promise we will NOT be asking for extra time. We
will keep all our presentations under 3 minutes.
But I must ask you if people who spoke last week can speak again on
April 12.
Thanks!

Subject: Tania and Cheri, how does it work with 3 minute deferrals

I have just heard back from some of the presenters who are panicking because they go
to 4 minutes and can't cut it back.
I already mentioned that Presentation 16, Jay Famiglietti will need 6 minutes for his
presentation.
Presentation 1 needs a safety three minutes extra.
Presentation 5 needs a three minute safety extra.
I believe that presentation 10, due to the extra video, will need another three minutes.
These are the people we had lined up to be backup speakers in case we heard
something new we needed to respond to. I would like to offer them up as speakers who
will yield there time. Do we do speaker cards?
How does this work?
Nancy Bruce, nbruce@me.com will defer for Jay Famiglietti presentation 16
Judy Gavigan jgavigan@dc.rr.comwill yield for presentation 1
Holly Wong icposs@gmail.com will yield for presentation 4
