The development plan for the Coral Mountain Resort Specific Plan (The Wave
Development) includes:
• Necessary infrastructure to assure adequate facilities and services;
• 60,000 sf of neighborhood commercial uses on 7.8 acres located at the
corner of Avenue 58 and Madison Street;
• A resort hotel with up to a 150 keys and 57,000 sf of complementary
resort -serving commercial and recreational uses and amenities on
approximately 121 acres;
• A recreational surf wave basin including ancillary operational,
administrative and maintenance equipment/facilities,
• Up to 600 residential units with a variety of densities, ownership options
and product types along with compatible recreational amenities, such as
golf, on approximately 232 acres.
• 24 acres of Open Space and Recreation at the southwestern portion of the
property
