Jim,
We will be discussing this internally, likely tomorrow. As regards the process, it would follow a parallel track
through the City Attorney's office, and should be ready when the balance of entitlements move forward. The
Planning fee is billed per hour, with a $3,327 base/application fee, plus 100% pass -through for City attorney
billings.

Subject: RE: Coral Mountain Resort Project
Hi Nicole and Cheri,
My partner, Rick Zeilenga, and I had an introductory call with Bill Ihrke this morning. We have worked a lot
with Kathy Jensen in the past, but not Bill.
One item we discussed is whether it makes sense to add a Development Agreement to the list of entitlements
for the project, and whether doing so would slow down the entitlement process. Bill's initial view is that a
Development Agreement can be put together within the time frames we are already working under, but he did
think it may make sense to re -issue the NOP to specifically identify the Development Agreement in the list of
project entitlements.
Before making a final decision on the path forward, we wanted to reach out to you to determine the
application cost and process, and also make sure that you do not see any problems with adding a DA to the
project. I think Bill will be reaching out to you discuss further, but in the meantime, could one of you please
confirm the application process and cost?
Thanks,
Jim
p.s. Sorry for sending this twice to Bill, Cheri and Rick, but I realized I mistakenly sent it to Nicole at MSA
instead of Nicole Criste.
