Please use proper judgement and caution when opening attachments, clicking links or responding to requests for information. ** Gentlemen, I was under the impression that you had made application for both the SDP and the Development Agreement (DA) at the same time last month. I have discovered, however, that no Development Agreement application has been filed. I have attached the form that must be filled out and submitted. I would also recommend an accompanying letter, explaining the request. The application base fee is $3,342.00, plus file management fees of $26.00, for a total of $3,368.00. Please submit the application and fee through Trakit, as you have your other applications. Armando Magallon, copied here, can assist you with the processing and setting up the application. As a second and related matter, as you are aware, outside consulting expenses associated with the project have been incurred, and the costs associated with the City Attorney's review of the DA will be reimbursed by you. We sent the VMT analysis to our traffic consultant, and have been billed for that service (see attached Wildan invoice). For these expenses, we will need to establish a trust account, from which we will cover these expenses. Please submit a separate check for $10,000.00 for the establishment of that trust account, to Armando Magallon's attention. He will establish the account for you. The Wildan costs will be deducted from this amount, and the balance applied to the City Attorney's fees. Should the amount not be sufficient, there will be a need to replenish the account. Any funds not expended will be returned to you at the conclusion of the entitlement process. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
