I believe I asked a couple before - but I needed to put all the information together in sequence. You've answered everything very clearly for me. A Notice of Availability is distributed for the EIR. It will be sent to everyone who submitted comments on the NOP, and anyone who has requested to be notified about the project, as well as the City's list of responsible and trustee agencies. 4. There is not a typical time period between the close of the EIR comment period and hearings. CEQA requires that responses be prepared for comments received, and depending on how many comments are received, that can take some time. I would expect that the minimum in this case would be 30 to 45 days. 5. There is no set time between Commission and Council, but typically it is 3-4 weeks. 6. The EIR is certified by the City Council, and until then remains a Draft EIR. a. We do not have a release date for the EIR, but I would expect that it will be out in May. b. You can file a Public Records Act request with the City Clerk's office for the Development Agreement materials. Right now, there is only an application and a cover letter explaining what the applicant would want covered in the Agreement. A draft Agreement is probably 60 days, at least, from being available. Please use proper judgement and caution when opening attachments, clicking links or responding to requests for information... Good morning Nicole, Now that the Scoping Meeting has been completed and comments re the N of P have been collected and collated ..- May I please have your comments on my understanding of the stage that we are at with the Process regarding the Coral Mountain Resort. My questions are in red. My understanding in as follows. t) We are currently the the finalization stage of the DRAFT EIR 2) A notice will be sent out (to who please ?), similar to the N of P, that provides information on where the document can be accessed, who to send comments to and what the closing date for comments will be. 3) There will be a 45 day public comment period. 4) Next ... the Planning Commission will hold hearings on the EIR and the Project. is there a typical:nnoframe allowed for the end of the 45 day comment period until before the PC? 5) Next ... City Council will hold hearings on the EIR and the Project. /s there a typical rim frame allowed for the advancement from the PC to City Council ? b) Additionally, I am confining that the EIR jg not hnalived until the Council certifies the document at their hearing. I have two few additional auesnons please. a. I believe you said that it could take about a month for the DRAFT EIR ro be completed. Does that mean we should expect to see it within the next 30 days ? b. When can we expect to be able to access information regarding the AMENDED Notice of Preparation ? Specifically, beyond entitlements that were listed in the original N of P, the proposed Development Agreement ? Thank you very much for your kind consideration of and assistance with my questions.
