Which would be built first??, hopefully, all the single family housing (no condos), then
followed by the 'commercial, whatever that really is (please describe what the commercial
consists of), then lastly, years from now, the water thingie, creating even more traffic and
wasted scarce water.
By the way, is there enough water for this huge development when CA is in a perpetual
water crisis??
How much in RE taxes do you project this will create annually for the city to cure its long
term debt?
Response please. Thanks

Mr. Schaefer,
The City has received an application for a master planned community on the west side of Madison
Street, south of Avenue 58 called the Coral Mountain Resort project. The project includes a surf
wave facility, a hotel, 600 residential units and a neighborhood commercial center on the corner of
Avenue 58 and Madison. The project is currently under review, but has not been approved. The
Environmental Impact Report is currently being prepared, and when that process is complete, the
project will be scheduled for hearing first by the Planning Commission and then by the City
Council.
If you would like to be notified of public comment periods and public hearings for the project, I
would be glad to add you to the list. We can either send to this email, or if you would prefer, to a
mailing address. Please let me know your preference.
Please feel free to contact me with any other questions you may have.
