Thank you for your answers to my questions of April 15, 2021.
I have a few more process questions please and I hope you might be able to help me.
1. I would like to send some comments to the Planning Commission re the Coral Mountain Resort. However
I am holding off pending the release of the DRAFT EIR. I would think this makes most sense since once a
DRAFT EIR is released, we will know exactly what information is known to be factual regarding a given
Project. Does this make sense ? You can send emails/letters to the Planning Commission at any time -- either
through the City Clerk's office, or through me. It is up to you if you want to send it after release of the EIR. If
you do so, it will be considered a comment on the EIR, and will be provided a response in the Final
EIR/Response to Comments. If you send it separately, it will go straight to the Planning Commissioners.
2. With respect to 6.b below, would the draft Development Agreement be in place PRIOR to the release of
the DRAFT EIR ? in other words, can we file the PRA request now ? My understanding is that the DA is still
being negotiated, and I do not know if a draft is available. I will inquire and get back to you. The DA does
not need to be finalized before the release of the EIR. Just like the project's plans and documents, which all
remain draft until/if the Council approves them, the DA will be a draft until that time.
