What we want to see is a realistic development plan. If the next step in the development of the site is the resort
residential, then that is what should be submitted.

Hi Nicole,
Paul relayed your conversation to the team, so we are reacting accordingly.
One question I had was on the SDP submittal. Based on the wording in the EIR, it appears that this requirement
could be satisfied by submitting and SDP for the residential portion of PA III:

The applicant proposes to commence construction of the Wave Basin first, c

Do you agree? We hotel is more complicated from a market and entitlement perspective, so we want to take the
time to be very thoughtful in our approach. Thus. it would be our strong preference to come forward with the
residential SDP first.
