Nicole,
I was able to speak with John Kain. In his opinion, to transition the 40' pavement section to 28' between the
west side of the intersection with the commercial access street and the entry island would have no issue with
respect to traffic volumes and capacity respective of UX traffic analysis provided for the EIR.
