Not sure where he got that either since we've removed it from the website and don't use it anymore.
Maybe he had used it in the past or something. We'II double check to make sure it's not on the website
somewhere hidden.

Cheri,
I realized when I got a bounce -back that Mr. Demitt used an outdated email thinking that he was emailing you (cdd@la-quinta.org).
I've seen this email used by others regarding the project, and I'm not sure where it came from. However, see below for the email
chain you should have been part of.

Mr. Demitt,
The City's Water Efficient Landscaping Ordinance is codified in Title 8 of the Municipal Code, Chapter 8.13. You can access it at:
https://library.municode.com/ca/la quinta/codes/municipal code?nodeld=TIT8BUCO CH8.13WAEFLA
The Ordinance is consistent with CVWD's requirements.
Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

Good afternoon Ms. Criste and Ms. Flores,
I have been working my way through the Draft EIR for the Coral Mountain Resort and, in particular, Appendices 11 and J2. Unfortunately, I have a
question I cannot find an answer to.
The report in Appendices J1 and J2 addresses the MAWA requirements for the outdoor use of water as specified by the CVWD.
It is my understanding that the City of La Quinta has its own limitations for the use of outdoor water on new developments. Can you please direct
me to where I can find the information and in particular, how this project meets the City limitations?
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
