Thanks Nicole ! You're a good person and I knew that the first day we met. I think you were under the weather a bit. This whole thing will get intense soon enough. Many residents in the
surrounding area just don't want the Wave for all the reasons that have already been presented, mostly in writing. Most likely we will be there making the pitch. Mike

Good Afternoon Mike,
I have checked with the City Clerk's office, and it is expected that there will be a public comment period for the Study Session. The comments will, as they always are, be limited to 3 minutes per person.

Good Morning Mike,
The Study Session on September 28th will not include any action by either the Planning Commission or the Council. It will be an introduction to the project for both bodies, with no action
to be proposed or taken. It will be open to the public. I do not know if there will be a public comment section, but I will check.

Good Morning Nicole,
It is my current understanding, if all goes according to plan and schedule, that this meeting will have a vote from the city council as to the future of the Wavepark. Please correct
me if I am wrong. As well, is the public invited and will there be any opportunity to address the council prior to the vote?
Thanks, Mike Charles
