Subject: COMPLETED: Gamlin, John 2022-03-29 STVR Permits in "Legacy HOA" Areas
Hi John,
The "Legacy HOA" active STVR permits are permits that are in residential areas that do
not allow STVR uses; however, the communities have "grandfathered" these property
owners.
If these properties are sold or there is a change in ownership, these permits will not be
renewed.
I wanted to make sure you understand that these 8 properties are not "exempt."
Below are the locations of the 8 active STVR permits within the "Legacy HOA" areas.

:177165 Avenida Arteaga Enclave
ta : 50175 Valencia Ct Haciendh
ta : 50040 Malaga Ct Haciench

Thank you.

Subject: STVR Exempt Areas: "Legacy HOA"
Hello all,
This information in the CC staff report for 3/1 was very well done and informative!
I am trying to determine where the "HOA Legacy" areas are? Or maybe there are several areas scattered
throughout the City? I don't see a color on the map or legend for it. Can you guide me?
Thanks,
JG
