Good evening (or day). With Commissioner Caldwell's absence for the April 12, 2022 Planning Commission
meeting approved, may I ask a few questions please.
1) Will the meeting be continued or go on as planned?
It may or may not be continued. It will be up to the Commission to decide whether they want to or not.
2) If it goes on as planned, and a vote does happen, if there is a 3 - 3 tie, is there someone from staff who is
authorized to cast a vote to break the deadlock?
There is no one from staff who can break the deadlock.
3) If there is no person authorized to break the tie, does it then go to City Council with the vote as 3 - 3?
Yes, it will go on to City Council in this case.
Thanks for the clarification.
