Please use proper judgement and caution when opening attachments, clicking links or responding to requests for information. ** Hi Carlos I called City Hall and they directed me to you. If I need to contact someone else, please provide their email. I have been reviewing the materials on the La Quinta city website regarding the Coral Mountain development project. There are three major bodies of water in the plans —the surf pool and what I assume are two giant swimming pools. (If I am incorrect please let me know). The 100 page plan available on the website does not contain any exact measurements (other than a written mention that the area of the surf lake is 16.6 acres). I was wondering if there are any public documents submitted to the city that state the exact measurements of these three bodies of water. In addition I am looking to find any supporting documentation regarding the developer's claims that the water usage for this specific project would be less than if they built other types of projects. (I see the claim, I am trying to figure out how they came to that calculation regarding their own water usage and needs for this project). I appreciate you pointing me in the right direction. Thanks for your help! 1 of 1 5/30/22, 11:55 AM
