These Planning subareasconsist of approximately 40.5 acres and are planned as a grid patterned village as shown on TTM 37815.The SDP provides three different typical residence types with varying floor plans, elevations, and materials meant to develop a community that is visually attractive andcompatible with the Coral Mountain desert aesthetic. The landscape design is intended to complement the proposed architecture and establish a “sense of place”within the resort village. Landscape design is provided for all streetscapes and residential lot treatments within the resort village core. The architecture and landscapedesign plans provided in this SDP are intended to be consistent with the design guidelines and development standards of the Coral Mountain Resort Specific Plan.As part of the Coral Mountain Resort Specific Plan (SP), this SDP will serve as the conceptual design approval for the resort residential village and planning subareas PA-IIID and PA-III E. Construction of the village will complement Wave Basin SDP and is designed to integrate with the future resort hotel, surf club and other uses thatcomprise the full resort community.
