Surf Pool Lighting Demonstration
November 17, 2021, 7 PM to 8 PM
To address questions raised regarding lighting, the applicant for the Coral Mountain Resort project is preparing a demonstration of
the proposed pole lighting. Two lighting arrays, consisting of the light fixtures affixed to each of two poles, will be positioned at the
locations shown below (red dots) for light poles P8 and P16.

They will be placed on a boom, at the height at which they will occur when the site is graded. Because of the grading proposed for
the surf pool, as shown below, light P8 will be placed 74 feet 2 inches above the current ground surface, and light P16 will be placed
at 71feet 2 inches above the current ground surface. In both cases, this will represent a height of 80 feet above the final grade at
that location.

The lights will be on from 7 PM until 8 PM. The public is welcome to view the lights from surrounding streets and homes during that
time. If you intend to drive to Madison Street, Avenue 58 or Avenue 60, please park outside of traffic lanes, and observe traffic laws.
