The FEIR is also available for review at City Hall and at the Library, during their normal business hours. The Final EIR includes your verbatim comments and responses to same. Your correspondence and those of other agencies/parties are included in Chapter 2. Revisions to the EIR are included in Chapter 3, and the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program is provided in Chapter 4.
