SILVERROCK RESORT SEMI-PERMANENT SIGNS
Dear Mr. Devlin:
The Community Development Department has reviewed and approved your request for six semi-permanent signs for SilverRock Resort. The proposed signs are approved for various locations
along Jefferson Street and Avenue 52. The approval is subject to the following Conditions:
CONDITIONS:
This sign permit is for a maximum of six (6) semi-permanent non-illuminated signs. The sign materials, size, and approximate locations are per approved plans on file with the Community
Development Department.
Signs shall not exceed thirty two (32) square feet in area.
Signs shall be maintained in good physical condition, including the replacement of defective parts.
The signs are permitted for a maximum of one (1) year, and a minimum of sixty-one (61) days.
The signs shall conform to the City of La Quinta’s Municipal Code Section 9.160.070.
A building permit shall be obtained from the Building & Safety Department prior to installation of the signs.
Final sign locations shall be approved by the Public Works Department prior to installation of the signs. Generally, signs shall not be placed within five feet of a street right-of-way
or within a corner cutoff area identified in Section 9.100.030.
