required to document this change.
9(a) Semi-annual hood exhaust system cleaning is required.
10(a) Decorative materials were determined to be of concern.
--- Plastic artificial vegetation mounted to the walls in the bathrooms needs to
be confirmed to meet the flame propagation performance criteria of Test
Method 1 or Test Method 2, as appropriate, of NFPA 701. (CFC 807.4.1)
---- The hanging colorful string and puff ball decorations are observed to be
inherently combustible. These may be treated with an approved flame-

FIRE REINSPECTION Kohl 12/08/2022 10:00 am 0.50 REINSPECTION: Observed, by way of FS2022-0007 permit, that the hood
Hetrick suppression system was improved to provide adequate protection to the new
equipment layout. observed that the hood exhaust cleaning was also current.
Tested emergency "bug" lights and they were operational. Some of the
Illuminated EXIT signs still require maintenance or replacement (Property
Management was going to take care of that for the tenant). Observed that the
tenant flame retardant treated the decorative string and puff balls with "Desert
Research Institute Inc. 'Class A Flame Retardant - Dri-One"'. The tenant
advised that they soaked the material and hang dried per instructions. The
decorations may be maintained. Will hand of reinspection to FSI L. Rojas to
install the tenant access keys in the building KNOX box and to confirm the
EXIT signs are fixed.
