I. Executive Summary
Dynamic wants to thank the City of La Quinta for the opportunity to submit a
proposal for Janitorial Services at various sites.
Dynamic fully understands and acknowledges the requirements and scope of
work of the daily, weekly and monthly tasks. We are committed to
environmentally conscious cleaning practices. We use Waxie Solsta Green
Certified cleaning products and Hepa Filtered Back Pack Vacuums that cut
particulate emissions to virtually zero. In addition, we use microfiber towels and
mops that disinfect without the use of chemicals.
Dynamic's mission is to provide consistent excellence in cleaning with sustained
customer communication. We achieve this mission with a hands-on approach by
management, strong supervision, with the support of the business management
tool, Street Smart.
Dynamic proposes to assign a team of 5-6 custodians, 3 specialty cleaners as
needed (floors, carpets and windows), one supervisor, and will be led by Director
of Operations, Mike Sullivan and Arturo Ojeda.
