Dear Mr. & Mrs. Sellinger,
This is to inform you the Architectural Review Committee for Santa Rosa Cove Estates —
The Enclave Association met recently to review your request submitted on 6/2/2020 to
remodel the Entry of the existing home.
This remodel includes the removal of the existing entry doors and the window above
them. Replacement is proposed with a wrought iron and glass entry door along with
matching sidelights and a continuing arched window above. Also included is a small
tiled roof extension above the entryway that ties into the existing roof.
This addition was designed by the original architect of the home is an enhancement to the
original design.
After due consideration the Architectural Committee has approved the items as follows:
1. Owner agrees to ensure that all contractors are aware of the street demolition and
new pavers for the common area streets for The Enclave starting on June 15, 2020
through September 26, 2020.
2. Owner must obtain all permits through City of La Quinta; and required
inspections by the City and State code.
3. Owner agrees to ensure that the contractor keeps the streets, gutters and adjacent
properties clean and free of dirt, trash, debris or other material related to or caused
by the work and clean-up of all street spills on a daily basis.
4. Owner will be held responsible for any road damaged caused by contractors work
or vehicles. We strongly recommend use of plywood sheets under roof materials
or stockpiles on the road as needed to protect the road surface. This is especially
important during this period of extreme heat.

October 1 — April 30: Monday — Friday 8:00am — Sundown
May 1 — September 30: Monday — Friday 7:00am — Sundown
Saturdays — NO WORK PERMITTED unless a permit is obtained five (5)
days in advance. Only quiet, "finishing work" will be permitted on
Saturdays.
Sundays and Holidays — NO WORK PERMITTED.
