Project No. 2016-06 and 2016-08
The following shall be considered as incorporated into the Request for Proposal for the above referenced
project. Portions of Request for Proposal not specifically mentioned in this Amendment remain in force.
This amendment clarifies the following:

Q1. Will this be lead as a single construction contract or 2 separate construction projects?
a. This will be one construction contract
Q2. Can the design build drawings for the SilverRock site as is related to the Scope of
Works be provided?
a. Please use this link to download a portion of the SilverRock Venue plans
and record drawings for the existing lake system:

Q3.Will the work at Civic and at the park occur at the same time by one contractor — or will
they be constructed separately?
a. This is anticipated to be constructed at the same time.
The Contractor is hereby notified; Amendment No. 1 must be acknowledged as stipulated under
the instructions to Bidders and submitted as part of the Bid. Failure to do so shall result in the
City designating said bid as "Non -Responsive. "
