WFM Facilities Mgmt ("WFM"), established in 2014 by Mona Dutt, is a commercial janitorial service
provider that caters to the Greater Los Angeles area. With a current client base of around 60
properties, we offer a range of services from small offices to large campuses, warehouses, multi -family
residential, restaurants, and manufacturing environments. At WFM, we believe in simple contract
options, strict quality reporting procedures, outstanding customer service, and custom training
programs to ensure our clients' expectations are met.
We take pride in our core competencies which include general office cleaning, multi -family residential
cleaning, detailed move -in cleaning, green cleaning program, floor care, event clean-up, construction
clean-up, and medical office clean-up. Our team is experienced and equipped to handle all these
services with professionalism and excellence.

5. Staffing and Project Organization
WFM takes great pride in the quality of services we provide to our clients. One of our top priorities is
ensuring that our clients receive consistent and reliable service, and to accomplish this, we have
implemented rigorous quality control procedures.
Our quality control procedures begin with a detailed cleaning checklist for each job site. We train our
cleaners to follow this checklist precisely, ensuring that every task is completed to the highest
standard. Additionally, we have a team of supervisors who regularly inspect job sites to ensure that
everything is being done correctly. If there are any issues, they work with the cleaners to address them
immediately. For the La Quinta project, we have assigned Patricia Ochoa. Her resume is attached.
When it comes to staffing projects, we take a strategic approach to ensure that we have the right team
for each job. We carefully assess the needs of each client and determine the number of cleaners
required to complete the job efficiently. We then assign the most qualified and experienced cleaners to
