Maintenance of landscape improvements in roadways and drainage facilities is
a very important service in our community. Landscaping. if well maintained,
provides beautification and enhancement to the surroundings, along with a
positive effect on property values.
At the Public Meeting, City staff will present the proposed assessment levy and
will accept questions thereon. At the Public Hearing, the City Council will hear
comments in support of and protests against the annual levy prior to acting on
the levy of assessments for Fiscal Year 2023/2024. Any property owner may mall
