In order to convert den to bedroom, a door is to be added to the
existing den on Elev. B (as seen on Sheet 5), leading into existing
closet in casita.
A wall will be added to the casita closet, splitting it in half, creating
an additional closet to be accessed via the new bedroom (as seen in
plan on Sheet 3).
A switch and light fixture will be added to the new bedoom (as seen
in plan on Sheet 3).
First Review Revisions:
Sec. A #1-5 - General problems addressed on new topsheet.
Sec.B #1 - French doors existing as means of emergency fire escape
or rescue (as noted on Sheet 6).
Sec.B #2 - Elevation designations revised.
Sec.0 #1-2 - Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are currently
existing in place (as depicted on Sheet 2).
Sec.D - additional door moved from one side of room to the other
so as not to disturb the integrity of existing sheer wall (as noted
