ADDENDUM NUMBER 1
The following shall be considered as incorporated into the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the above
referenced services. Portions of RFP not specifically mentioned in this Addendum remain in force.
■ REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
Question: On Page 7, the RFP has the "Firms Background, Qualifications, and Experience" under 1.
Cover Letter. Should this be "2. Firms Background, Qualifications, and Experience"?
Answer. The Cover Letter is not section 1. Section 1 should begin with "Firms Background,
Qualifications, and Experience".
Question: RFP requests (d) Resumes of the Project Manager and key personnel who will be
responsible for performance if any agreement results from this RFP and then the RFP requests that (g)
Statement of Qualifications — A listing of proposed personnel, including personal experiences and
individual resumes for prime and sub -consultants. Can we refer back to the previous pages that we
provided this information?
Answer: Yes, that is acceptable to meet the requirements.
Questions: On page 8 of the RFP you request (i) Scope of Work — A description of the tasks, sub -
tasks, and deliverables that will be provided. The Scope of Work should be presented in a logical
format that can be easily attached to the Professional Services Agreement and 0) Project Schedule —
A comprehensive Gantt Chart schedule is to be submitted describing the nature and scheduling of
proposed tasks and reflecting July 1, 2023 as the start date. How we should address these two
sections with this being an On Call Contract with no specific project?
Answers:
Scope: The scope of services should, at minimum, meet the requested scope of services listed
in the request for proposal.
Schedule: Please indicate any general turnaround times for work or lead times needed to
provide services (ex: 24 hours' notice, etc.)
The Consultant is hereby notified, Addendum No. 1 must be acknowledged as stipulated under
the instructions to Bidders and submitted as part of the RFP. Failure to do so shall result in the
City designating said bid as "Non -Responsive. "
