ADDENDUM NUMBER 1
The following shall be considered as incorporated into the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the above
referenced services. Portions of RFP not specifically mentioned in this Addendum remain in force.
■ REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
Question: Following 1. Cover Letter, is the bolded heading "Firms Background, Qualifications, and
Experience. " Should this heading actually be section No. 2, with the rest of the sections after it being
renumbered so there are eleven sections total, instead of ten?
Response: The Cover Letter is not section 1. Section 1 should begin with "Firms Background,
Qualifications, and Experience".
Question: Will the city please confirm if the proposal should be submitted electronically or as a hard
copy?
Response: Only an electronic PDF submittal is required. A hard copy is not required.
The Consultants are hereby notified; Addendum No. 1 must be acknowledged as stipulated
under the instructions to Proposers and submitted as part of the Proposal. Failure to do so
shall result in the City designating said bid as "Non -Responsive."
