NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA QUINTA, CALIFORNIJ~, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. I~ursuant to the procedure prescribed in Chapter 3 of the Public Street, Highways, and ServIce Easement Vacation Law, the City Council of the City of La Qulnta declares Its Intention to vacate por1'l0ns of Avendia Obregon, more specIfically described on ExhibIts "A" and "B", whIch are on file In the Office ot the PubIc Works Director.
