Geotechnical Engineering All requested geotechnical investigations will be conducted by in-house personnel. Typical lead time from notice to proceed is 6-8 weeks. During initial curing, the minimum and maximum temperature will be recorded with a calibrated min -max thermometer. Transportation will not occur until 8 hours after the final set of concrete samples is obtained. Beyond the contracted project budget(s), no additional costs are incurred. Billing Coordinators will work closely with the assigned Project Manager(s) review all invoicing prior to submittal to the District. Services that are scheduled outside of our contracted scope will be communicated to the District prior to scheduling, should the project budget(s) be affected. Overtime Requests will be submitted to the District's Project Team prior to incurring any overtime hours. Fenagh will not charge any "hidden fees", such as equipment and truck charges, administrative billings, etc. Additional Costs Fenagh will not be seeking compensation for additional fees, costs, expenses or reimbursable fees. Hourly rates will include all necessary resources including labor, equipment, materials, reports, transportation, etc. Rate Increases The provided Schedule of Fees will remain fixed for each City fiscal year of the Agreement, unless formally amended by the City Council.
