Dear Alejandro. Jacobo Martinez and All Occupants in Possession:
Dune Palms Mobile Estates has agreed to purchase your 1983 Nomad Trailer, Vehicle ID
Number 1 SN200R22DA000391; Plate Number RX4893, for the sum of $31,000.00. This Mobile
Home is located at 46400 Dune Palms Road - Sp 78 La Quinta, CA 92253.
Dune Palms Mobile Estates will be the owner of the Mobile I come at the time of sale when all
money exchanges hands and all paperwork is signed. Alejandro Jacobo Martinez will be signing
over for the lost title in order for Dune Palms Mobile Estates to apply for the duplicate title as the
new owners.
The terms of the sale are as follows:
$31,000.00 full payment for the mobile home located at 46400 Dune Palms Road - Sp 78 La
Quinta, CA 92253.
AIejandro Jacobo Martinez will not be responsible for paying the space rent for 2 months, once
the 2 months have passed you must vacate the home. Alejandro Jacobo Martinez will be responsible for
April and May charges incurred during this period of time. The home must be vacated by Alejandro
Jacobo Martinez and all other occupants no later than June 18, 2023. You will receive your
monthly statement and will be held responsible for paying any statement balances.
Alejandro Jacobo Martinez is responsible for paying all utilities due beginning April 18, 2023
until you have vacated 46400 Dune Palms Road - Sp 78 La Quinta, CA 92253.
Alejandro Jacobo Martinez agrees to move out of the 1983 Nomad Trailer, Vehicle II) Number
1SN200R22DA000391; Plate Number RX4893, by June 18, 2023.
If Alejandro Jacobo Martinez does not move out by June 18, 2023, the file will be sent to park
attorneys immediately.
Inspection of the home will be completed June 18, 2023 for insurance purposes. If you should
leave not of your own free will, your family will need to come and collect your belongings from
46400 Dune Palms Road - Sp 78 La Quinta, CA 92253 within 60 Days.
