TPM 36241 Jefferson Square - Regency Mrinita - DH (04.21.2010)CITY OF LA QUINTA DIRECTOR'S HEARING NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of La Quinta Planning Director will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on APRIL 21, 2010, at 3:00 p.m. in the La Quinta City Hall Study Session Room, 78-495 Calle Tampico, La Quinta, California, on the following item: APPLICATION: TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP 36241 APPLICANT: REGENCY MARINITA-LA QUINTA, LLC LOCATION: SOUTHWEST CORNER OF JEFFERSON STREET FRED WARING DRIVE (JEFFERSON SQUARE) REQU EST: CONSIDERATION OF THE SUBDIVISION OF AN EXISTING 10.79 -ACRE RETAIL CENTER INTO SEVEN COMMERCIAL PARCELS FOR LAND SALE/LEASE AND/OR FINANCING PURPOSES LEGAL: APN: 604-521-005 The La Quinta Planning Department has determined that this request has been pry .,. u�, .. ,,,u Environmental Assessment 2002-462 prepared for Specific Plan 2002-062 and Site Development Permit 2002-754 which were certified by the City Council on June 20, 2004. No changed circumstances or conditions are proposed, or new information has been submitted which would trigger the preparation of a subsequent environmental review pursuant to Public Resources Code Section 21166. Any person may submit written comments on any of the contemplated actions listed above to the Planning Department prior to the Hearing and/or may appear and be heard in support of or opposition to the project revisions at the time of the Hearing. If you challenge the decision of any of the actions listed above in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues that you or someone else raised either at the Public Hearing or in written correspondence delivered to the Planning Department at, or prior to the Public Hearing. The proposed files may be viewed by the public Monday through Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and on Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Planning Department, La Quinta City Hall, 78-495 Calle Tampico, La Quinta, California.
