NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of La Quinta Planning Director will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on APRIL 21, 2010, at 3:00
p.m. in the La Quinta City Hall Study Session Room, 78-495 Calle Tampico, La Quinta, California, on the following item:

The La Quinta Planning Department has determined that this request has been pry .,. u�, .. ,,,u
Environmental Assessment 2002-462 prepared for Specific Plan 2002-062 and Site Development Permit 2002-754 which
were certified by the City Council on June 20, 2004. No changed circumstances or conditions are proposed, or new
information has been submitted which would trigger the preparation of a subsequent environmental review pursuant to
Public Resources Code Section 21166.
Any person may submit written comments on any of the contemplated actions listed above to the Planning Department
prior to the Hearing and/or may appear and be heard in support of or opposition to the project revisions at the time of the
Hearing. If you challenge the decision of any of the actions listed above in court, you may be limited to raising only those
issues that you or someone else raised either at the Public Hearing or in written correspondence delivered to the Planning
Department at, or prior to the Public Hearing. The proposed files may be viewed by the public Monday through Thursday
7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and on Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Planning Department, La Quinta City Hall, 78-495 Calle Tampico,
La Quinta, California. Stan Sawa is the City's project planner for this request (760 777-7064 or ssawa@la-quinta.org). The
public comment period continues from the date of this notice through the Public Hearing.
In the City's efforts to comply with the requirements of Title II of the Americans With Disabilities Act Of 1990, the Planning
Department requires that any person in need of any type of special equipment, assistance or accommodations) in orderto
communicate at a City public meeting, must inform the Planning Department a minimum of72 hours priortothe scheduled
meeting.
