So I am uncertain from your email when we can expect the rest of the requested information so we can process the permit for review? But also the site plan you have attached appears to be lacking the items requested specifically, those being identification of existing and proposed structures and the other site features including any concrete flat work and the accessible path of travel to the proposed area. At this point we still cannot process the application any further due to the lack of information. To keep this email thread together with all the information, I have again included the list of items necessary to determine the application complete: • A complete Site Plan showing north arrow, property lines and lot dimensions, location of existing curbs (or edge of street paving if no curbs exist), all existing and proposed structures, setback dimensions, utility locations, and other site features including any concrete flat work and the accessible path of travel to the proposed area. • Electrical plan with associated outdoor lighting compliance forms for the proposed scope of work. • Engineering for the Duralum Product that is legible for determining code compliance. • Where existing element of the Path of Travel are not in compliance with the latest applicable requirements, they shall be upgraded per Section 202.4. Verify that an accessible route as defined is available and complies with current code requirements (i.e. Curb Ramps, Detectable Warnings etc.) from the public right of way and parking to the proposed construction - It is the design professional's responsibility to verify the existing path of travel is in compliance with current standards. The path of travel includes parking areas, accessible path to the building entrance and other parts of the facility. • Fire sprinklers may be required, a fire review will be created once application has been determined complete.
