Staffing and Project Organization: Thomas Day, President and Shelby Day, General Manager oversee the day-to-day operations of Valley Office Equipment, Inc. Josh Pauley is Vice President of Sales and oversees the sales force. Julio Yokoyarna, Service Manager oversees the technicians. An administrative staff is here to take calls and provide customer service. 6.
