clients with Sharp MFPs for almost 30 years. Thomas Day, President, Shelby Day, General
Manager and Julio Yokoyama, Service Manager will all oversee this project. Ail our
technicians are factory trained by Sharp Electronics Corporation.

for Valley Office Equipment, Inc. as we've developed a harmonious working relationship with
the city. They count on us for our products and services. When they need new or upgraded
equipment, they simply reach out to us, and the relationship continues with a new Sharp.
3. Complete Pricing List: We're using the NASPO Valuepoint State of California Contract # 7-19-
70-46-07 pricing for City Municipalities which is listed on Attachment 4.
4. List of Complementary Services Offered by Valley Office Equipment along with Corresponding
Prices: While under our service agreement we offer unlimited phone support, answer any
technical questions, train your staff, troubleshoot any problems, order supplies and deliver at
no charge.
5. Staffing and Project Organization: Thomas Day, President and Shelby Day, General Manager
oversee the day-to-day operations of Valley Office Equipment, Inc. Josh Pauley is Vice
President of Sales and oversees the sales force. Julio Yokoyarna, Service Manager oversees
the technicians. An administrative staff is here to take calls and provide customer service.
6. Subcontracting Services: Valley Office Equipment, Inc. does everything in-house and does
not farm out to any subcontractor.
7. Disclosures: There's no information to disclose. We affirmatively state there's no negative
history.
8. Acknowiedgement of Insurance Requirements (Attachment 2) This attachment is included in
the proposal.
