360DTii will pre -configure all devices prior to installation, as well as perform a site survey of each of the 4 locations where a
new device will be deployed. We will look at space and power requirements to assure that each location meets
manufacturers installation requirements. 360DTii will coordinate with the City of La Quinta to schedule installation, training,
and any other required items. Print drivers will be provided prior to installation so that each end user is ready to start using
the devices upon installation. All devices will arrive ready to use upon plugin and networking.

Complementary services include backup toner stock, and removal or empty toner cartridges. Preventative Maintenance
checks on all leased equipment schedule quarterly, or to a schedule that the City of La Quinta would like. Quarterly account
reviews to examine service calls, usage, and updates. If other requests are presented 360DTii will take these into
consideration and come back with confirmation, or compromise to the request.
Section 5.
Staffing and project coordination was listed above, and we assign a dedicated team to each of our customers so that the
customer and ourselves grow more familiar. This team doesn't change unless there is a move within the company, or the
city requests. Employee vacations and holidays make necessary temporary changes to the usual team but are only to cover
such occasions.
Section 6.
No subcontracting is done by 360DTii within the State of California where we are headquartered.
Section 7.
360DTii has no disclosures to notify the City of La Quinta on.
Section 8.
360DTii will provide the minimum or greater insurance coverage and indemnification noted in Exhibits E and F of the City's
